25 April Lego Star Wars 2Finished this off earlier, Death Star 2 was kind of a pain, Took me about 5 attempts. If anyone's struggling, What i did was use the Intercepter for the most part, for the bit with the 2 turrets you have to get past to get the the shield wall with the 2 rocket launcher thingys, Just barrel roll through the turrets, Go to one side of the shield and fire just before the rocket launcher opens then just pray. And when you get into the main room with all the cow proders in, I used the Falcon as there wasn't enough room to get a run up to shoot them without being shocked, so i got close to open them then just stayed out of range and circled with the auto gun. Game took about 28 hours, so longer than i expected. Kind of anoying aswel when i was doing my final super story mode thingy on EP VI the xbox froze about 20 secs till the end of chapter 6... So had to redo that one. But good game, good fun. 23 April Mission 14k updateFigures hasn't been around to post an update so i've done it instead. Quite alot happened over the weekend it seems, people jumping all over the place... All good! Start current Difference Lego Star Wars 2Been playing through Lego Star Wars last few days, nice change of pace. Currently at 67% but just enjoying the game, Feels alot smoother then when i played it on the PC. Also it's helped me break the 10k mark so tonight i get to add another digit to my gamerscore... Woot. 19 April Bionicle HeroesGot this game out today, It's not overly brilliant, definatly piggybacking Lego Star Wars. But it still has the same slapstick wiley coyote humour to please. I ran through it today doing 940, Just have to get 100% and 5mil blocks, which will mean i have to go through the game again tomorrow. I'd give this one a 2.5* GP difficulty rating. A good game if you liked Lego Star Wars but it isn't half as good. 17 April Splinter CellToday i decided to give Splinter cell a shot on hard... Been putting it off for a while cause i thought it would be really hard, like the old ones. But it really wasn't! Still difficult but managed to get it all done today. Who needs ammo when you can smash a wine bottle over a guards head or throw a coke can at a conscript! Ahh happy days, All thats left on Double Agent now is the online stuff, which is going by slowly but surely. 16 April NBA Live 06This game sucks! I hate it, I never want to see it every again! Took me half a day to do, The big points are easy to get when simming a season. But beating the computer took forever! Suppose it helps if you understand basketball, But my god was it ever hard. Managed to be on top in the fourth a few times but with about 1min on the clock, the CPU keeps calling timeouts, giving you penalties (Which i still havn't worked out how to take) And then with about 20 seconds on the clock it gets these amazing 3 pointers from nowhere! Grr is all i have to say about that title, GRR! 15 April GearsFinally got done helping DJ Satin and Figures through gears of war on insane today, also played a bit of splinter cell online with Figures which gave me a massive 80 points for 2 hours work. But did boost my total in splinter cell up to a more respectable 650. 13 April StuffFinally got around to finishing off Oblivion last night, really hate that game, Soooo boring! Also completed the last of what i consider easy stuff in COD3 after trying on and off for a while. Got out Fuzion Frenzy 2 today, Easy stuff but my copy of the game crashes when trying to load 2 of the mini-games so i won't be getting the 1k in that any time soon. |
